Our roots in our local environment are part of our identity. That is why every year we dedicate part of our resources and energy to support projects that strengthen the social, cultural and sporting fabric around us.

We have taken part in initiatives such as support during the DANA storm, tree planting and community-aid actions. Small gestures that, together, create a big impact. At Betsaide, solidarity is also cast.

Knowledge grows when it is shared.We promote practical, real learning connected to industry. We collaborate with universities on bachelor’s and master’s theses, host interns and open our doors to those who want to learn with us. Internal training drives our continuous growth, both as people and as a team. Because learning together means moving forward together.

When we connect outside, we work better inside.Football, padel, races and activities that connect us beyond the workplace. We recognize effort and participation through our internal app, reinforcing pride of belonging. We believe in real bonds between people: sharing experiences builds stronger teams and improves natural communication.
